Threaded parts require accurate pitch and fit, whether the thread is internal or external. Our custom CNC threaded parts service produces metal components with threads cut to your specification. We can machine external threads on shafts and studs, and internal threads in nuts, flanges, and housings. You define the thread size, pitch, and length, and we cut them using single-point threading or taps as appropriate. The threads are checked with gauges to confirm fit. Materials include stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium.
