Spacers and standoffs keep components at a set distance, and their length and bore must be consistent across the batch. Our custom CNC spacers service turns small cylindrical parts to your required inner diameter, outer diameter, and length. A solid spacer without a bore is also possible if you need a simple distance piece. The parts are produced from bar stock on a CNC lathe, with chamfered ends for easier assembly. Material options include brass, aluminium, steel, and stainless steel. The service is available for both prototype quantities and larger production runs.
