Our custom CNC pulleys service machines metal pulleys to your required outer diameter, width, centre bore, and groove configuration. We can produce single or multi-groove pulleys, flat pulleys, and timing pulleys with the tooth profile you specify. The parts are turned and milled on CNC machines, with the centre bore finished to suit your shaft. Materials include aluminium, steel, and stainless steel. The service is suitable for replacement pulleys and new drive designs.
