Flat metal plates with precise holes, slots, and outer profiles are common in machine frames and mounting systems. Our custom CNC plates service cuts and machines metal plates to your dimensions. We work from your drawing, producing the outer shape and any internal features. Plates can be supplied in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, or other materials. The edges are deburred, and holes are machined to the diameter you have specified. This service is suited to base plates, cover plates, and mounting panels. Both single parts and larger batches are accepted.
