Our custom CNC blocks service produces rectangular and irregular metal blocks to your size specifications. We can machine all six faces, drill holes, mill pockets, and cut slots as required. The blocks are produced from solid material on CNC mills, ensuring flatness and parallelism. Materials include aluminium, mild steel, and stainless steel. The service is suitable for prototype parts, fixtures, and production components.
Your drawing should specify:
- Block length, width, and height
- Hole positions and sizes
- Pocket or slot dimensions
- Material and quantity
