Our custom CNC end caps service machines metal caps to your required outer diameter, depth, and wall thickness. We can also drill centre holes, add internal threads, or machine a flange around the rim. The parts are turned from solid bar on a CNC lathe, giving a clean and consistent profile. Materials include aluminium, brass, and stainless steel. This service is suitable for furniture, machinery, and pipe assemblies.
